So, the last photo shoot in 2020. I decided to tell a little about this.
The fact is that at the end of 2020 I met Christina, the creator of beautiful modern vintage dresses Mary&co (@maryco.store). We decided together to create a series of photographs united by the style of her dresses and my approach to portrait photography.
I decided to call this series “Lace Project”, due to the fact that there is really a lot of lace in Christina’s dresses. I had to change my approach to photo processing. And pay more attention to the details of the clothes. Although up to this point, I considered costumes as secondary things in relation to a person. I also decided to reconsider my attitude to color and light. In general, the processing of photos will be, as before, based on my technique, which I showed in my tutorial but a little different.
But at the same time, I don’t stop working on my “Paint time” series.
Hope we’ll have a great series of photos.
It will be interesting for me to see what this project will lead to.
